Rest day! My last rest day included a body weight workout which I am still recovering from. The rest did me very well today.
Stretching and light yoga before work. Tomorrow we will run again, into the immutable sea of pavement, speed work, and recovery runs. This week I will beat Mike in our ritual of step counts. I was bested this week but will throw down the hammer next week.
