My first strength workout of this new season. I started with an incline bench press, some lat work, and then moved into legs.
Squat: bar only – 10 reps; 95lb (total) 3 sets, 10 reps,
Other legs: curls: 85lb 3 sets, 10 reps; extensions 80lb 3 sets 10 reps, abductors – 40lb 3 sets of 10, adductors – 25lb 3 sets 10 reps
Let’s see how tomorrow feels.
I plan to do 2-3 runs/wk and 2 strength workouts/wk for the next month.
