Description: A run north on the beltline, starting at 1pm. I need to hydrate more before my run. Very hungry when finishing. Craving something more than quinoa, vegetables, and fruit.
Fuel: Plain water
Issues: Legs started off tight but loosened up quickly. After 3-4 miles, I could feel my long run yesterday and teh lack of fuel in my body.
