Description: A mostly flat run on hard-packed trails and paved paths. I needed more water than what my belt could hold. Buy a hydration pack!
Fuel: Chia gel, Cliff blocks, electrolyte drink
Issues: Mild pain in my right oblique (it still hasn’t fully healed). Slightly dehydrated – I consumed approx. 80oz of water but still lost 5lbs after the run
Food: Applesauce packet before the run – no breakfast
Night before: Hand-made pasta with meat-sauce
